I have recently finished a new painting, again it took me a long time to get it finished but I think it was worth it.
When photographing this piece I found it challenging as the lighting can influence the way the painting is seen, however this can produce some interesting effects.
Seeing as I don't have any professional lighting equipment I relied entirely upon the natural light coming through the window. For example I took this picture below at 6:30am and luckily it was very bright then so I managed to position the painting in a way that it was not in direct contact with the light.
Selected version (Possibility. 22/6/14, acrylic paint & pastel on paper, H:58.2cm, W: 41.7cm)
Although if you would like to see what it would look like with more natural lighting interacting with it I have included another version listed below.
Alternative version. (Possibility. 22/6/14, acrylic paint & pastel on paper, H:58.2cm, W: 41.7cm)
